# Bridge Watch - Base on-chain intelligence over MCP

This is the canonical, self-hosted skill file for the **Bridge Watch** MCP server. Fetch it
straight from our domain - no directory, marketplace or package index is required:

```
https://agentsapi.top/skill.md
```

Every number, address and price in this document is generated from the live service at build
time (see the companion gate). If this file and the live endpoint ever disagree, the live
endpoint wins - re-fetch it.

## What you get

7 tools for Base (EVM) on-chain intelligence:

| Tool | Credits | Price (USDC) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `get_label` | 1 | $0.01 |
| `explain_transaction` | 2 | $0.02 |
| `detect_cluster` | 5 | $0.05 |
| `query_alerts` | 1 | $0.01 |
| `alert_stats` | 1 | $0.01 |
| `track_cctp` | 3 | $0.03 |
| `list_paid_endpoints` | 1 | $0.01 |

Prices are per `tools/call`, charged in credits. `1 USDC = 100 credits`.

## Endpoint and transport

- **Streamable HTTP**: `https://agentsapi.top/mcp`
- **POST** JSON-RPC 2.0 - `initialize` and `tools/list` are free and never metered
- **GET** `+ Accept: text/event-stream` opens the MCP SSE stream (spec-compliant clients)
- **GET** the same URL with no special header returns a machine-readable endpoint card
  (tools, prices, free tier, payTo) - handy for probes and link checkers

Smoke test (free, not metered):

```bash
curl -s https://agentsapi.top/mcp \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -H 'Accept: application/json, text/event-stream' \
  -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"initialize","params":{"protocolVersion":"2025-06-18","capabilities":{},"clientInfo":{"name":"my-agent","version":"1.0"}}}'
```

## Free tier (anonymous, no wallet)

- `get_label`
- `list_paid_endpoints`

- **3 calls per IP per day**, global cap 500 calls/day
- No key, no wallet, no signup - just call the endpoint
- Everything outside this list returns HTTP 402 with a machine-readable payment challenge

## Wallet free trial

Point a paid endpoint at your own Base wallet address as the Bearer identity and you receive
**10 free credits** for that address (once per address). The pool is capped at
1000 credits/day and had 0 issued so far today
(100 new identities still available at fetch time).

```bash
curl -s https://agentsapi.top/v1/label/0xd8da6bf26964af9d7eed9e03e53415d37aa96045 \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer 0xYOUR-BASE-WALLET'
```

## How to pay (x402)

Bridge Watch speaks **x402 v2** (v1 `X-PAYMENT` compatible) on **Base mainnet**
(`eip155:8453`):

1. Transfer USDC (`0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913`) to `0x381cdbb664608bf7b1dd4f9403a572c1c57332c2`
2. Retry the call with your **sending address** as the Bearer identity
3. Credits are issued at 100 per USDC and spent per call

The 402 response carries the full challenge in the `Payment-Required` /
`X-Payment-Requirements` headers and in the body, including `maxAmountRequired`
(base units, 6 decimals) and the facilitator URL.

## Other entry points on this domain

| What | URL |
| --- | --- |
| MCP Server Card | https://agentsapi.top/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json |
| x402 discovery | https://agentsapi.top/.well-known/x402 |

## Honest notes

- Unknown addresses return `label: null` and are still charged per call - the label dataset
  holds category tags, not every address.
- The label dataset currently holds **104,209** entries.
- Tool result data is real on-chain data; some responses are marked `demo: true` when served
  by the anonymous free tier.
